Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, ROSAVIE jewelry cannot be returned once delivered unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or if the customer simply does not like the product after receiving it.

All ROSAVIE jewelry pieces are delivered with a protective jewelry tag attached. Returns will only be accepted if the jewelry tag remains intact and has not been removed or damaged.

If the jewelry tag has been removed, broken, or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return.

ROSAVIE reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.


Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging along with your order number.

Claims for damaged items will only be accepted if the jewelry tag remains attached and intact.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, ROSAVIE will arrange a courier pickup from your delivery address.

Customers should not send items back without prior approval, as returns sent without confirmation will not be accepted.

 

Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
